Background Info: (Some of this was covered in the member's picture section under "My 12 months natty transformation thread) but for those who don't know:

- Have been weight training since 16 on and off (mainly off), would constantly Yo Yo, train for like 6 months, get in shape, then screwed it all up by quitting training, eating junk and having a party lifestyle!
- Developed herniated L4/L5 disc problems from squatting very heavy with bad form (ego training etc) at age of 21 which ended a promising soccer career, I was playing for a premiership London soccer club at the time!
- Had to take number of years off training, developed major depression and ended up doing a bunch of dumb sh-t I won't get into here!
- Started training again last October and came down from 253lb morbid obese to 171lb @ around 13-15% body fat (or so I have been told) with 12 months (more like 9 actually!)
- Always trained natty, never taken any gear of any kind in my life, so this is my first time.
- Very dissatisfied that I can't seem to improve anymore as a natural and I think I have hit my genetic limit. Yes I can put on more mass natty but I am not prepared to get fat and become 20% bodyfat and whenever I cut I end up losing muscle anyway, tried this a billion times using Keto, Carb cycling, IF, nothing works, either I put on mass and get fat, or I lose fat and lose muscle!

Current Stats:

Age: 35
Height: 5.9
Weight: 171lb
Body fat: 13-15% (or so I think)
Biceps: 16 inch
Waist: 31.5 inch
Hips: 33 inch
Chest 44 inch
Shoulders: 50 inch
Calves: 15 inch
Legs: 24.5 inch


My plan & Goals:

I have just started GH under my doctors supervision. In London, England where I am from GH and Anabolics are legal with prescription from doctor for personal use! I get human grade GH from a pharmacy so its the real deal:
- I will take 0.6ml (2IU) Genotropin GH for 30 days, after which I am scheduled to have blood works done with my doc.
-All being good with bloods this will be bumped up to 1.2ml (4IU) and I will diet until I am 7-8% body fat (even under 10 is ok for me)
- My thyroid and T3 is currently on the upper range of the scale so no plans to run T4 with GH just yet ( I will do later if it drops)
-I will prime my body with GH for 3 months after which I will introduce 100mg Test Prop EOD as first cycle for 8-12 weeks followed by PCT.
-I will run the GH all year round and will go up or down on dose depending on sides but will probably not ever go over 4IU
-I will run a second cycle which will be 50mg Test Prop EOD + 600mg Primabolin a week

I want to have a top level physique model type body like Lazar Angelov or Rob Ritches or Greg Plitt, that's the kind of look I want!

Ah let me put it this way....who knows your car better you or a mechanic?

OK shitty analogy, in addition to the fact doctors have spent most of their adult life studying the body, you also have the fact of emotional detachment. This is why even doctors can not write their own prescriptions for narcotics...they may have all the knowledge in the world but ones judgment becomes clouded when emotions get involved.

It's not an issue because he will write me whatever I need whenever I need so long as it's what we agree and nothing ridiculous!.

In any case I am not planning on running any anabolic 's until Jan the earliest. I only plan on doing 2 cycles a year to begin with. I am gonna do Jan-March, take April and May off and do the biggest cycle for June to August so I look good for the summer. The GH will be all the time.

The only 2 anabolics that are available here in the UK human grade from a pharmacy are Test and Deca which is a bit sad.

I am planning a vacation to Thailand or Mexico over Christmas because I am going to bring me over some legit Anavar , Maestron and Primabolin, which again I will do totally legally.

I'm sorry but I find it absolutely disgraceful that your GP has become your dealer. This is tantamount to fraud on your part and completely irresponsible and, I dare say, against BMA rules from your doctor. I'm glad I don't live in London so I don't have to worry about him being my GP.

So your cycle Jan-March includes PCT? Or are you gonna run PCT through April and then take May off before you run another cycle?

Hey man,

Glad to hear you've got the GH running and hope it goes well. I'm in a very similar situation to you, got my GH prescribed just this month and am on my 7th pin of a daily cycle. Even got the same GH - Genotropin Miniquicks, at a similar dosage.

Just curious, I went through the Harley St route too, though I had a medical concern to go getting mine rather than body building (nice side effect ), do either your prescriber of pharmacy have any assosciation with the names 'Mark' or 'Bliss'? Left it a bit cryptic but curious if we go to the same people.

but clearly in a country like UK where it is perfectly legal to use AA's and GH with a doctors prescription, so long as you have a doctor who is open minded then you can perfectly and legally obtain GH and Testosterone.

It's perfectly legal to use and possess AAs and Gh without a doctor's prescription here.

Yep, illegal to buy without a scrip, but you can bring it into the country on your person without a scrip and use and possess it and be completely legal. Just clarifying for the many people who read who don't comment, just so they know.

I did Mexico for years and even have a time share there. After doing Thailand I have no real desire to go back to Mexico. It's like having to decide between Toast and Steak mignon.

Dont get me wrong, Mexico is a good place for a vacation. Nice weather, prices are OK, not great like they use to be. Plenty to do if you plan ahead and know where to go and dont run into any drug lords.

Thailand forget about making any plans. Play it day by day. Any plans you make before the trip will be thrown out the window 24 hrs after you arrive. You will see. There is anything and everything you can think of to do there. It's Beautiful, prices are GREAT and the people are VERY friendly.

If you ever wanted to know what's it like to feel like a movie star then Thailand is the place you want to go. The first time I went I almost got sick the day I had to leave. I honestly never felt so home sick. That is feeling at home in Thailand and feeling sick that I had to leave. I bought my next airlines ticket less than 24hrs after getting home and was back in Thailand in less than 3 months. 4 trips in one year. If it was not for having a 13 yr old daughter I would have sold everything and moved.

Philippines is a close 2nd, maybe even better in some ways. Ever have girls driving in a car pull over and talk to you? Girls riding bikes turn around to come talk to you? Go into bars and there are 10 girls for ever 2 guys and when you walk in being a foreigner they all come to you? You wont find that in Mexico.

Either way you will have fun. It just depends on how much fun you want to have.
