What do you think of low dose insulin??
What's your opinion on using low dose of insulin about 4 IUs post workout only?? It's humalog the rapid form!

5.4" h
184 lbs
10-11% bf
Bench press 420
Squad 400
Dead lift 380
Started working out since 2004, but i have been watching my diet and exercise seriously the last three years. Done more than 5 cycles stacked.
The last one i finished before 3 weeks was test e only cycle, very simple but effective, i am during pct now and thought of insulin rapid to help me keep my gains till second cycle

What's your opinion on it?
You're going to get differing views. I personally find it very useful and effective. Others don't prefer it.
Just know exactly what you are doing before you begin using it.

I've been doing it for four days now 4 IU's pw only. But if i keep it this low would i feel the effect or it's just a waste of time?? Or must work it up till 8IU's to see effect occurs

Sure i would run it with hgh but in the future, am still 26 bro a lil bit early for hgh!

I see nothing wrong with it...even 2iu of fast acting slin (Humalog) can help shuttle nutrients especially in a pwo environment. I've been running 3iu Humalog pwo for awhile now just for the shuttling effects as I don't consume carbs pwo.
