    I guys I tried igf-1 lr3 liked the fat burn anyways I am trying out MGF now I am injecting SQ in muscle trained it hurts like hell during injection anyone knows why and is normal cause didn't have this prob with igf

    Not sure if that's a typo but you should be injecting IM in the trained muscle. You can inject SQ as well but stick to the stomach and love handles for this. What's your injection protocol?
