    Slin users

    Ok so I'm just putting together here What protocols/preferences are when it comes to taking insulin ....

    Your dose and how many times/day, using fast or slow acting slin.

    Even if your not a slin user but know of a friend or others who use slin can give feedback aswel

    Ok ill start for me, my protocol is running it over a longer period of time but less duration of days during the week.

    Since when I'm on bulking cycle ill use slin 4-5 days per week on my training days, at 2-3 hits/day at 10-15iu each fast acting over a period of 8-10 week depending on my cycle.

    This gives my pancreas a break on my off days during the week which is about 2-3days and allows me to run longer cycles of it, which works in good with my AAS and HGH as I like to do 8-10 week cycles... after about 7week I notice I become slightly more thirsty and this is becoming dependant to slin.

    My strategy is def. unconventional but I only use slin (Humalog) at 2-3 iu's right after my workout on days I train. I use a diet approach where I only feed my body carbs before my workouts and none pwo. So since I'm not having any carbs pwo, the small amount of slin will help shuttle protein and nutrients. I don't advise this protocol to slin rookies as it's not a good idea to use slin and then not follow it up with carbs after. I have been using slin for so long now I know my body and how it reacts and if I do go hypo (which really never happens) then I have glucose tabs on hand. The protein I consume immediately after the slin shot helps me from going hypo as the body will convert some of this to glucose through gluconeogenesis. This diet/slin approach is very useful for recomping or priming for an aas cycle. I will be bulking here in the next few months and plan on adding 5-6 iu's of slin 30 mins before my workout with a whey/dextrose cocktail.

    I take 8-10 IU's after each workout, and consume at least 7 grams of dextrose per IU starting 5 minutes after my injection, and I chug the crap out of it with my 50 grams of isolated whey protein. I also never use insulin anymore without HGH, because I got big with HGH, but got fat without it. I only take insulin after workouts.

    I take it only post workout. 8IU of Humalog with about 10G carb/IU, 60G whey, and 5G creatine (very important). I just went up to 8IU from 6IU. I learned this protocol from a pro who is HUGE and it works. Ran a cycle of only 6IU slin post and gained 1# a week just to test things.
    I did try Lantus (long acting) for awhile but I just can't see any need for it. I was going hypo all over the place even at 10IU a day. The guys in the UK use it with success but it wasn't working for me.
    IMHO there is no need to use slin except post workout.

    I take it preworkout 8-12 ius along with 7g of carb per IU..than after workout I chug my protien with my creatine..

    Tried IM and did seem to hit faster, but didn't go hypo either way with this method..

    Man you do need to watch what you eat though

    IM is hit or miss. I definitely don't recommend it for the novice user. You don't have to watch what you eat that much if you're on HGH

    Lol it's not me I should change it haha, it's our aussie Professional bodybuilder Lee Priest. But I ain't no small man or far off physique like that
