Im not convinced of the effectiveness of gh
.n cbi.nlm.nih. gov/pubmed/1550219
Now ill admit there are some holes in this.
No insulin changes or T3/T4 included with it, but it still doesn't seem like hgh is very effective?
NOTE STILL CANT POST NIH STUDIES SO I PUT SPACES IN THE LINK… SORRY FOR YOUR TROUBLE

I'm not sure if you're trolling or not but i'm gonna act like you're not.
heres the abstract.
Effect of growth hormone and resistance exercise on muscle growth in young men.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether growth hormone (GH) administration enhances the muscle anabolism associated with heavy-resistance exercise. Sixteen men (21-34 yr) were assigned randomly to a resistance training plus GH group (n = 7) or to a resistance training plus placebo group (n = 9). For 12 wk, both groups trained all major muscle groups in an identical fashion while receiving 40 micrograms recombinant human GH.kg-1.day-1 or placebo. Fat-free mass (FFM) and total body water increased (P less than 0.05) in both groups but more (P less than 0.01) in the GH recipients. Whole body protein synthesis rate increased more (P less than 0.03), and whole body protein balance was greater (P = 0.01) in the GH-treated group, but quadriceps muscle protein synthesis rate, torso and limb circumferences, and muscle strength did not increase more in the GH-treated group. In the young men studied, resistance exercise with or without GH resulted in similar increments in muscle size, strength, and muscle protein synthesis, indicating that 1) the larger increase in FFM with GH treatment was probably due to an increase in lean tissue other than skeletal muscle and 2) resistance training supplemented with GH did not further enhance muscle anabolism and function.
maybe 40micrograms isn't enough? I still can't seem to find a study of any amount that reaches a different conclusion though

With so many views is it safe to say that no one on this forum is convinced that hgh makes a noticeable difference for building muscle?

I don't think you will find anyone here who has made such a claim or at least anyone who knows anything about HGH. It has many positive longevity benefits but adding significant muscle size is not one of them.

You would have to use hgh for a very long time and at a high dose for it to have any effect on muscle tissue gains. You would also need to use it along cycles of AAS over this period. Problem is now getting 100% hgh because of the expense and it can work out extremely hard on your pocket. I used it for many years once non stop for 3yrs and it totally transformed me but this was hgh straight out of the pharmacy and I was using a high dose. These days its a mine field out there with all the generics and fakes. The general health benefits from a low dose are excellent but again this all depends on the quality of the gh

hgh builds muscle, it wouldn be used to combat muscle wasting otherwise.
