How to prevent hgh insulin resistance?
So if you inject in the morning they say that you shouldn't eat 1 hour after injection because it will affect your blood sugar levels. But I believe that igf1 levels stay elevated for longer, so even if you eat after the one hour period you may risk spking your blood sugar levels. Of course if you are using insulin then this doesn't apply.
Anyway I believe that I spiked my blood sugar from hgh. I had severe cramps after one meal a week ago and since then I've had a terrible headache and haven't been able to eat many carbs without my stomach aching. I am also not able to think straight and my memory is more fuzzy. I was injecting 7.2 iu a day in the morning.
I have dropped the hgh for the past few days and hopefully everything will get better soon. I also bought a glucose meter to check my blood sugar. I have never had diabetes or a problem with blood sugar levels before.
When I get back on, I plan to start with 2 iu a day and work my way up with the dose very slowly. I plan to inject it at night and take 2 days off a week to prevent shutdown. Would this be a safe protocol to avoid insulin resistance/diabetes? I feel like if I inject at night it will be out of my system by morning.

Chromium picolinate and ALA (conservative)
Metformin/ Glucophage (moderate)
Insulin (agressive) << and this you know about.
The info Is from Red Baron HGH Article.
