Hi everyone, first post and without warning I already have a question!

Since my sources are virtually non-existent I have resorted to semi-legal PED's. I am looking for rapid lean gains and some body recomposition (single digit body fat without much effort).

I'm currently at around 12% body fat. My top 6 abs are visible but the bottom two are hidden by some raw pizza dough (Italiano, molto bene.) 5'8", 175 pounds, 6 year training age.

TL;DR: Can I use insulin alone for gains? I plan on using 10-20 units's with 100-200g carbs post workout (training days) and for breakfast (rest day; team no rest days.)

HOWEVER, I'm also trying to get leaner so...

25mg ephedrine (Bronk-Aid) and 200 mg caffeine (tabs) 2-3x per day, baby aspirin whatever mg's that is once a day with the first dose.

My diabetic friend is extremely lean and would prepare for contest with high(er) dosages of insulin. As a non-diabetic (inb4 dumb-ass) would I still get similar results?

Also, I plan to eat most likely one vegan pizza (there will be protein relax...) +5g creatine, the crust has 200g carbs if I go regular dough. Does these even ****ing matter? Is 20 units too much?
