    Yoga , yes seriously

So after 2 shoulder surgeries from baseball/Mma/being an idiot along with herniated discs c5 c6, its not in my best interest to lift as my primary source of fitness. At least not if I want to feel good. I still run and play semi-pro soccer. I tried bikram yoga today as an alternative and wow I felt like a *****.

    I'm on test e 160 mg/week
Hcg to keep my balls out of my throat
    Hgh pharm 4iu 5/2

Who can weigh in on yoga? Seems like it could help build muscle while helping loosen up my awfully inflexible body.

    Thoughts?

I doubt you'll build any muscle doing it (apart from core strength), but it's great for everything else.

The theory of exercise for body building is to cause micro-tears in the muscle tissue with external loading in the plane of motion. When the tissue repairs itself the repair is stronger than the original muscle. If bikram yoga can cause sufficient tissue breakdown and your Test level is sufficiently high, you'll get bigger and stronger. I tried bikram yoga once. I had to lay down after the 30min warm up. I laid there for the remaining class like a log. All I remember was the instructor telling me to lay with my palm facing up so it would be more relaxing. I thought I was going to die from heat stroke. LOL My take is that resistance training is superior in building muscle over yoga.

Yoga is a great, and I would do it in addition to other activities...

But IMHO with a high test environment you can build/maintain a pretty good level of muscle with minimal strain on the body by lowering sets and weights. Also by being careful to avoid exercises that are stressful.

Just my own experience of course and your body will let you know if it applies to you.

    PS

On the HGH question, you should start your own thread...however if you bought without a script, I doubt its likely to be pharma, tons of fakes abound.
