genotropin 12mg cartrage IU's per units help please guys

so am using genotropin GH coming in a glass cartrage, GH powder one side and bac watrer the other, not using a pen so watched a youtube video and pushed the plunger up on the cartrage so they both mixed together, using insulin barrels and am going by this ratio:
6 units = 2.25 IU
12 units = 4.5 IU
etc etc is that correct ?

So you have 36iu in 1ml of dilutant...so on an insulin pen 1 unit will be 3.6iu
