BCAAs and Peptides
I know you're supposed to wait a minimum of 30-60 minutes after pinning GH stimulating peptides before eating carbs. Would consuming BCAAs blunt the GH release in any way since there are no carbs involved? After training could you immediately pin the peptides and take BCAAs without hindering the GH release?

Why are you taking BCAA in the first place?

Well peptides are ghrelin mimetics and we know ghrelin gets suppressed when we are fed. I remember reading some research from a peptide forum that protein did not blunt the GH release but only carbs and fats. I cant find the study only ones showing carbs blunt GH release (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2563893)

Some amino acids do trigger an insulin response, dont know if this is enough to blunt the GH peak, but I wouldnt use it in the first 30 minutes.

So, bedtime pinning should be 30 min before casein?
