    Doses HGH

    Hello

    I've had a good look on Google, but can't find what I feel is reliable Info, and I'm not able to discuss this with a Dr in my country.

    I've been using 4IU HGH each morning.

    Can someone please tell me -

    1. What's the maximum IU per morning without needing to administer insulin ? Is it a set number, or determined by bodyweight? I weigh 79kg

    2. I administer at 0330hrs on an empty stomach, and eat my 1st food at 0500hrs. Is this long enough after, or is it better to wait longer?

    3. With the 4IU daily, I'm not really cutting the belly fat like the bodybuilding sites say I will. I eat well, meaning fruit, veg, meat, pasta, no junk like pizza and burgers. Is 4IU not enough to lose this fat, or is it possible my supply is rubbish?

    4. What bloods can I have done to verify the supply is good?

    How long have you been dosing hgh?

    What specifically does your diet look like. Many ppl say they eat properly, but when they really look at their daily caloric intake it's not as good as they say.

    Good morning

    Breakfast is usually 2 toasted English muffins with peanut butter, poached eggs, cheese, baked beans.

    Snack is a watermelon juice with protein powder.

    Lunch is usually brown rice with a curry, or a pasta.

    Dinner vegetables with meat (non processed)

    Never after dinner sweets.

    The above isn't an elite athletes diet, but it's never fast food.

    I work as a Scaffolder/Rigger so am active st work.

    I've been with the hgh about 12 Months.

    My body type isn't all that bad. I'm 79kg, 175cm, and a recent evolt body scan placed me at 5% body fat, but I don't have the 5% body fat body I see on Google, so will use this machine to track change only.

    Due to my question, i'm wondering about the quality and effectiveness of the medication, and if my results are typical of 4IU, which I understand is a lower end dose, and how much can I administer without needing insulin as I can't find this answer anywhere I've looked?

    5% is pro stage ready. You can’t have belly fat and be much less than 15%.

    How many months have you been on the hgh?

    Hello Mate

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Ive been administering it for about a year.

    The 5% body fat rating comes from the evolt machine system. It claims to calculate differently than the traditional methods, so I'm really just using it to track change.
