Muscle Knots
Ok, I need some help. Ive had these bad ass knots in my back for a couple of months now. Ive been to a masouse, which has helped, but I have one really tough area that won't seem to loosen up. Any recomendations?

Most online pharmacies will sell you soma (muscle relaxer) w/o a script.

Muscle relaxers are just a remedy.
Knots are usually caused by the muscle being dehydrated.
Since its in your back, get a friend to shoot some b-12 into it.
1000-2000 mg should do the trick.
Your urine mught turn pink at 2000mg but its no big deal.
The nots should be gone completely after about three applications each 3-4 days apart.
Make sure to pinpoint the exact spot then mark it with a pen.
You know you hit the right spot when the muscle jolts or spasms slightly upon release of the b-12 from the needle. If that doesnt happen dont worry, it will get there.
Be sure to stick about 2-3 places per muscle.
You should be good to go.
You have to put a lot of juice in there. I would recoment 1500-2000 unless you are a small person.
You should have some delayed onset soreness. The muscle will feel fatigued, like you just did a set of 100 reps. This goes away in about six hours or less.
Be sure to do this on a rest day. Not advised to do any physical activity to ensure maximal effect.
Pro ball players and boxers like Holyfield (I know personally) do this all the time for knots and muscle pulls.
