Help!!! Getting a bird chest due to injury!!!

I have not been able to bench for over a month... I took 2 complete weeks off and was okay to do everything else, even shoulders. The lone exception is chest, my front head of my left shoulder hurts too much when I bench. I can go super heavy on all other bodyparts though... The discomfort in my shoulder has lessend as the weeks have gone by. At the rate I am he****g I will probably need another month off. Is it possible that its a minor tear? What can I take? Taken Ibuprofen, Naproxen, and Arnica Montana...

    bird chest

I would do pullovers. Make sure to concentrate on the chest. Expanded my ribcage well and had some friends get rid of the bird chest also. Works lower chest if done right.
