pulled my hamstring first time in my life!
all i did was a small jump in football! wtf/
i did however train legs like a mad man on tues, then got injured on thurs... i did warm up n stretch a lil too.. very strange.. its still sore but seems to be feeling better...
when can i lift again(legs) and would it be a bad idea to play this thurs?

not much you can do, if it feels strained, or sore now, you can ice it as well
