Making some progress: back/neck. What will knock it out?

I have made some progress with my back/neck. Getting massages, not heating my back anymore. Icing my back, Physical Therepy, a new mattress...

I still have some minor pain... Should I just continue what I'm doing or is there another step to lose this sh*t completly???

I'm excitied to feel the pain getting lighter...

Thanks for everyone's help with this.
    Special thanks to Doc Sust

Give it time bro give it time, i am just back from the massage therapist and have another 3-6 months to work my posture til the fukking pain goes away.

Back pain is pure shit granted the massage therapist add terrible neck pains and he said it took 2 years for him to feel better.
