Ok, need a final final answer

So I'm giving up on all other bacne treatments. My most recent attempt was Vilantae, but I guess my acne won that battle, yet again. So I'm going to get accutane. Seen a few threads, about when to take it, and I've read many different opinions. I guess I'm asking for, what you would say, a final solid answer. I know bloodwork is going to be done. This patient-doctor priveledge, is it real? Is it solid? If he asks I'll tell him, as long as I can't be carcerated for my statements. Ok, here is my final questions, seeking final answers.

1) Approximate time to see results from accutane treatment?

2) How often will bloodwork be done?

3) Without insurance, is accutane expensive?

4) (question you think i should be asking)

Took me like 2 weeks to start noticing some results, then it cycled on and off, like 1 week clear, one week flared up and so on. after 3 months my skin was really dry and I thought it made it worse, but then about 2 months after it looked clearer than ever, I'm not taking it again though bro, too harsh.
