Swollen feet !!!

I wonder if anyone has heard of this and it relating to certain substances. I am currently in a stack of HGH, decca, Veramone, and just started D'bol. Today i noticed my feet had doubled in size, my ancles are non exhistant, i cant feel them let alone see them. Do you think that this is caused by anything that im taking ( i know some are water retentioners but i have used them before and not experianced this) or do i need to see a Dr as it may be a different medical condition. Also has anyone had any sleep problems with D'bol? i wake up at 3-4 am every morning and cannot get back to sleep and its doing my head in as this has been for the last 4 nights now. Please help ...........
