Carpal Tunnel
Anyone here ever suffer from it or even overcome it?
I'm in it's jaws right now and it sucks. It used to be tolerable, just numbness from time to time...but now it's almost constant. At it's worst I get shooting pains in my fingers that burn and force you to drop what you're doing immediately.
I'm seeing a reputable Chiropractor and he's helped me with many other injuries in the past...so I hope I can get through this.
Been doing daily cardio followed by aggresive stretching which seems to be helping somewhat.
Thoughts?

stay on track
had 2 Med docs tell me I needed the surgery and went to a chirropractor who worked my forearm and ELBOW over and did acupuncture and adjusted my elbow and wrist. I have been pain free for 5 years and no unnecessary surgery or rehab. Hang in there, hope this helps.

you gotta stop putting pressure on your wrist constantly. i had horrible carpal tunnel from lifting, guitar and always using my hands. you just gotta let the swelling go down and give the tendon or ligament that is swelling and causing the pressure time to heal. wrist splints also help to take the pressure off your wrists.

I actually thought I had carpal tunnel and went to the doctor. I had every exact symptom, but the doc said it was something else. You def. wanna have it looked at. I was actually prescribed some kind of steroid and given a shot, it went away in about a month. Mine was really really bad also, it kept me up many late nights!

Doc, did you ever see a doctor about this problem? I'm just curious, because I myself was 100% I had carpal tunnel then found out it was something else. I type probably 10 hours a day, so I think that was a huge reason it happened to me. LMK
