    dislocated shoulder 2 yrs ago

I dislocated my shoulder in a car accident 2 yrs ago, since then I really got into weight lifting, my question is would this injury hold you back on the bench press i still do it, but sometimes I wonder since i have slighty torn ligamits if this is holding me back a few pounds.

possibly. there could be stability issues with that, especially is the labrum is torn at the bicep.
Do you know for sure stuff is torn? If so, what? And did they recomend repairing?
