so i got my usual lower back twinge thing the other day,so i did my glute strechting an ham streches..and iced it..all good

until today...was working on some windows.nothing heavy but a lot of bending,i started to feel my back lower back getting pumped up like when training..few hours later it felt like,well you know when you have had a week off and your mucsles are sore as hell next day after gym.iit doesnt seem to be easing off at all..not lookin forward to work tommor ..if anyone can give me any suggestions to ease it i would be very greatfull.. thanks fellas
