You might have compressed a disk. I would get to a Physiotherapist ASAP if I was you and hit some Ibuprofin as well

that sucks man, I have had a buldged disk for a couple of years no, and cortisone shots every 4 mnths, I think that buldge is asctually causing other Lumbar vert. to buldge, get it taken care of now, don't lift untill you find out, and do not try to stretch out of it. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, GET IT LOOKED AT NOW, YOUDO NOT WANT TO BE IN CONSTANT PAIN EVERY DAY WORST THING EVER, FEET GO NUMB, FEELS LIKE YOU HAVE A KNIFE STABBING YOU IN THE BACK AND THE ASS.

sounds like a herniated disk to me. getting it fixed will be costly. not getting it fixed will be painful for years to come.

    GREAT NEWS!
Sounds like you're out of the woods. I was leaning towards the guy's early assessment based on your description, but really hoping you just pulled something. Herniated/bulging discs can be truly painful for a long time, depending on the degree.

Take it easy and remember to use that mirror, as you know, form is everything!

thanks for the support guys, i am pretty much 100% right now. But, I am retiring from squating and keeping with hack squats and leg presses for my primary leg movements, no reason to risk a severe injury at a young age

I know that i might get flamed for this but SVT this is the best damn decision you ever took, you are so damn right, you dont need to risk injury.

My current chiro told me the same thing he said that when i am finish with him i can start training again even squat and deadlift.

I got injured and wasted nearly 6 years of my life doing both squats and deadlifts.

Has soon has i can train again i am gonna switch to leg press and yeah hack squats are very good and get back in major shape.

I am happy to ear you are 100% and approve your decision 100% has well.

I hurt my knee one time squating really heavy and it took me over a year to fix it, it really sucked cause i couldnt do any cardio and my health went downhill while getting it fixed, then thank god i recovered very well and now i strengthen my legs but i never went back to aquats again! I do them using the smith machine where the form is controlled and i dont use any weight i just do them to warm up with the bar and to keep myself able to do that range of motion.
I then do the real workout which is leg press and leg extension for the quads.

The leg press can give you a good leg workout if not better then the squat.

I do some bodyweight squats when i do the bootcamp training and thats about it.

Has soon has my back gets better i am starting the real HST training with full bodyworkout 3 times a week.
