    Pain always coming back

Once again, i trained and the fukking pain is back in the trapese region and lower back region.

When i take the back pills its ok but when i dont it hurts.

What am i doing wrong god damn it, when i train i dont feel pain at all its always after a day or two after i train that the pain sets in.

My osteo tells me that its muscular and muscular fatigue is setting in.

It now seems i cant lift heavy cause i am in pain, i cant do any exercise that will work the trapeze region cause the pain comes back.

So no upward pushing movement, i cant do close pulley rows or any type of rowing movement.

What is left to do kill myself.

I called my osteopath back with a zesty message, he called me back and said that he cancelled my rendez vous for next Friday Dec 7th, he said he has other therapy to suggest and that the pain coming back must be related to me doing to much at the same time, running at night, lifting heavy weights even if i am using machines.

Now when i take robaxacet for back pain it works great the pain goes away so its muscular but i cant always stay on the pills for the rest of my life.

Wouldnt it be better to go back in the gym and do light exercises.

    Leg extension 3 X 15 reps
    Leg curls 3 X 15
    Vertical bench 3 X 15 reps
    Lat pulldown 3 X 15 reps
    Lateral raise 3 X 15
    Tricep pushdown 3 X 15 reps
    Bicep curls 3 X 15 reps

and elliptic machine for cardio since that one gives me no pain at all.

I need to lose 30 pounds or so?
