Another acne thread!

OK guys & gals, an old question I know but what works for you to get rid of and prevent acne breakouts?

(Mainly asking the UK population on this one as alot of the stuff that is available in the states & elsewhere is not available here!)

What I'm really after is something I can use in the shower, there used to be a clearasil shower gel that worked well for me but I can't seem to find it anywhere nowadays - anyone know of anything along those lines that works well?

Failing that, how about the other old favourites, i.e. B5 - How effective is that and at what dose?

I know very little about any of the acne medications that people refer to so if you suggest something please explain what it is along with where & how I obtain it.

Celltone without a doubt. I only used this stuff 1 day and see results. I cant back it up totally before i used it for atleast a week but i have a good feeling about this stuff my skin looks so much better. Its snail slime and there are other brands out there but i really think celltone is the one to go with. Google it you can probably get it from ebay or something.

it dries pimples up fast as a mofo. just throw some on the sit before you go to bed. if it's a bad one i put it on a few times a day.
