lower back ache when walking
So... here it is! I started doing dead lifts again once a week and here is the routine
1st Set = 10 reps
2nd Set = 8 reps
3rd Set = 6 reps
4th Set = 6 reps
5th Set = 4 reps
6th Set = drop weight --> 6-8 reps
Getting progressively heavier and light again on the 6th set. Every time I do them I make sure I have my lifting buddy watch my form. I tend to lose the arch on the last rep of my heaviest set on occasion.
For up to 6-7 days after that walking around for more than 5 mins and my lower back tightens and starts to ACHE BAD! I develop this Lordotic posture and it only goes away when I sit down for a couple minutes. Walking up hills really wrenches it in. What's going on?? Is it over training? Do I need to watch the form better? Stretching does'nt really help its only temporary. Only small slow steps will keep the ACHING away
I just started doing them again consistently? Is this normal or should I stop doing them for now? It's not a sharp pain, it's a dull hot ache right in the lower back. Thanks guys
