The cartilage in my knees is damaged. Im 22 and feel like im falling apart.
Am just wondering if any of you guys have experienced this, and, if you had surgery on the cartilage, how was the after affect? Could you squat heavy again without tearing your knees apart?

I have naturally thin legs, and its taken me years of trashing them in the gym to get them on the way to matching my upper body. was finally getting happy with my leg development, and now am afraid that i wont be able to make further improvements on them due to my knees.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
