AC joint problems(shoulder)
I landed on the outside of my shoulder when I highsided on my dirtbike a few months back and ever since I seperated my shoulder then it has easily popped out. I was practicing going across monkey bars because I'm going to boot camp soon and my shoulder popped out. I was wanting to leave for boot camp within a month and was wondering what exercises I should do to keep it from popping out(while doing monkey bars).
