    Biceps tendonitis

Has anyone had or heard prior experiences with bicep tendon problems? I am a Tennis Pro and when hitting overheads or hard serves, will sometimes over pronate(right handed) and then pain will persist in the front deltoid area. I usually feel another pop a few days or sometimes a few weeks and the pain goes away. Someone mentioned that it may be my biceps tendon popping out of its grove/notch and then relocating. Is this possible? And if so, will I be proned to doing it more often?

I have tendonitis problems in one of my arms. What you're describing doesn't sound like tendonitis. You might want to see an orthopedic specialist or sports medicine physician.

Not tendonitis....I have tricep tendonitis, it feels like the back of my elbow got hit with a baseball bat, I have zero strength in it and it just gives out with excrussiating pain when I try to do any tricep exercise. It is extremely tender to the touch like if i bang it its like hitting a bruise.

I recently had been diagnoised with bicep tendonitis.
It happened may 12th, I went to ER had an xray.
    Xray was fine.
Started taking vicadin with some ibuprofen in it.
    That reduced inflamation.
Then I started taking 800mg ibuprofen 3 times a day, for 2 weeks.
    That greatly reduced the inflamation.
But I still had pain, so I went to see a orthopedist.
He said I have bicep tendonitis.
So now I am rehabilitation therapy.
She had me move my arms and measured the pain 1-10.
Also had me do some resisitance exercises with some plasic/rubber material.
Said that tension reduces inflamation in the long bicep head.
Anyways I went back my secodn time, we did the same stuff all over.
This time she put two pads on my shoulder, and felt
Morelike lil needles going in me.
It was low dosage steroids going in from the outside of my skin.
    I am going back today.
    That steroid made a difference.
In the gym I still do everything except Chest and Shoulder exercises.
This has greatly ***ressed me, but im gonna get through it hopefully.
    I have 6 more sessions for therapy, 2 x's a week.
God forbid my HMO pay for an MRI, they will after 5 more sessions of thearpy.

    Will update more

here are some photos of this steroid thing e on me
here i a video also of it

Isnt that just one of those muscle stimulating thingys, theres to kinds one that oscilates and another that pulses. Both are just send electrical charges to stimulate contractions in the muscle. No juice dude.
