    Dam rotator cuff!

    Hi peeps i think my rotator cuff is damaged. I havent seen the doc but from wot i read it is. It just clicks with all movements and if i hold my arm out horizontally and twist my arm then its very loud. It doesnt hurt though even though i done it bout 2-3 years ago. i have had about a year off now im back on the weights it is really buggin me! Wot can i do about it?

    I tore mine playing rugby, lost 15% of movement in my arm. My physio had me doing exersizes with elastic. Its fine now, playing again! See a physio!

    mine dont hurt or restrict me just noisey
