Try to make the most out of your therapy visits. When they start you on exercises like the inside and outside rotater pulley machine, focus on the muscles used and do them slowly. You can actually work a little of the pec on the pulley. Eventually they will have you work from different angles on the pulley machine.
At the gym are you able to do leg work (presses, ham curls, calves), abs, hyperextensions for low back? Will you be able to do cardio soon like stationary bike, treadmill, stairclimb or eliptical?
You will need to be patient and optimistic. Do not overdo it. It will be some time before you can return to where you were.

you gotta let it heal brosef!!!!! You will be able to get back into it soon enough, It sucks I know but, you go rushin back into it too quick then you risk quality of life later when you may not be so appearance driven. Internal and external rotation exercises, light lateral and front raise, but prolly no pressing movements for you unitll that GH joint has completely heeled.
