Wrist pain
My wrists hurt every now and then from lifting. I was told not to get gloves with wrist straps because my wrists wont get stronger, but what can I do other than tape up my wrists while I'm injured? Its not helping much... Its really killing me, and I'm on a 3 week SD cycle and the pain is getting in the way of my gains. Any ideas? Thanks

torn wrist tendon, mid cycle, what to do
tore my left wrist tendon, minimum of 3 weeks off lifting, dr's orders.
im on week 5 of my cycle. what to do. lower dosage? stop and start pct, never had this happen? need advice!
