Huge Rash On My Ass Need Help !!!!!

I have injected twice once on each side of my buttox, (Deca ) extremely sore for a few days but now over the last day or two one side is about the size of two golfballs not stocking out just that big circle wise dark pink puffy and very itchy, the other side is about the size of a hand print and seems like its spreading more... and for some reason the lower back is getting puffy itchy and the same way but not alot...they are also kind of hard. i am very nervous being a first timer and want to know if i should go to the doctor asap? or what cause its been a few days...and if i do what shouldi tell the doctor? please if ne one can help or ne advice id appreciate it.
