Last year I had a awfull year for illness I was out of the gym for 9 months!

I got back into the gym with a personal trainer( A ex MR UK) I trained hard got my bf down by 20%.

But now I have had a bad ear infection caused by my tonsils, which are being taken out!

These illnesses always come after I train hard and do a cycle.

How is the best way to get back into shape after a long lay off???
