Anyone not benefit from PT for herneiated disc in T-spine?

I had the epidoral it didn't help then my specialist said I need PT and I'll be fine.
I've been to PT 5 times and I feel no different. Here's a copy of my MRI report.

Also is the pain that comes with disc herniation something that I'll just have to live with?

It is very rare surgical intervention is needed as mobility is so low in the thorasic spine, but it does happen. IMO live with the pain as long as you can and hope it gets better even if you find a surgeon willing to cut on you.
