Well, I am concerned with my spine in the lower back.

I put tremendous amount of pressure on it when lifting.

Especially the kneeling over head bar extensions.

Keeping strict form with 100lbs+ for 4th set is pretty intense. I can feel that pressure on my spine.

I just know that later down the road this could cause some problems.

Should I just avoid that exercise? Any good alternative?

Also any good supplement I should know about to take care of my joints and tendons?

I am taking CosaminDS at the moment.

I don't want to be a wreck later down the road.
