At 1st I couldn't walk at all. It happened all of a sudden 1 day. It was not after a work out.

I never trained my legs in the 1st place. The most I did for my legs was deadlifts & bicycling.

I've been to a chiropractor. I had an x-ray. They used a cold laser. That got rid of a lot of the pain.

I still can't walk over 8 minutes with out pain. They think it is a pulled muscle or a torn muscle.

Would it take 2.5 months to get better. It isn't getting better beyond a certain point.
