    Shoulder Pain

Well, im writing this with pain in my shoulder.
I am cutting right now, down 10lbs, and my shoulder busts, really nice.

The pain is there whatever im doing, but it pinches when i take my arm backwards, the pain is lowest when I relax my arm and doing nothing.

Been a week now since it happend, and I feel its getting worse.
I have changed hands using on the mouse (at school, and at home), to help the shoulder relax.

    Should I take anti-inflammatories?

btw, you have an impingement syndrome

Your shoulder ligaments are injured. Not much you can do for it but LIGHT exercise, good night's sleep, good nutrition (including vitamins and minerals), and prolotherapy.

    Thanks for the tips.
I've been to the gym now, training with light weights, and I feel its helping, don't know yet, following the protocol on this page.

Buy a hot/cold pack. Remember--NO ICE. YOU NEED HEAT!

It has gel inside and you throw it into the microwave until it's hot and you put it onto your shoulder.

i wouldnt completely rule out ice....perhaps ice then heat...this is a topic that will confuse the heck out of anyone...you can go see 100 doctors and 50 will say ice the other 50 will say heat.....for me ice has worked well, only after heat only seemed to work half the time...good luck with that injury ...i think ART exists in europe do a google search...

most important type of recovery whether you like it or not is rest.....
