have you ever heard of this injury?
its called planter ficialites, it a foot injury. it located at the bottom of my heel, i ice it all the time and when i sprint it get swallon and when i wake up in the morning i can barley walk.

I've got it in one of my feet. If the standard "leave it alone and hope it goes away / rest / ice / insoles" treatment doesn't work then take a look into Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy, it's what they've used to blow up kidney stones for years, now it seems to be making the rounds in "calcified" tendon injuries. I've not gone through it myself, but there seems to be a growing usage of it. Unfortunately everything I've found shows that it's not covered by most, if not all, insurance companies.

If its the same thing I'm thinking about, get a script of some ketoprofen cream from your doctor (I think it needs to be compounded) and put it on. I had this thing where I could not even put my heel down. It was difficult to drive cuz I wouldnt rest on my heel on foot I dont gas/brake with. It eventually went away though.
