right i am 24 and hair los is a usual thing with in my family and i am very paranoid of it and now i have started a course i am even more so, can people tell me what they have had the best results with?

Use the above. Everything else on the market for hairloss is snake oil and hasn't been tested scientifically.

these products should work. Call your local pharmacy and ask if you need prescription in the UK for any of them. Have you look at Laser hair Therapy? It is a new method use in the US to help restore hair.

dobie-boy, i just started using spironolactone,how often do you apply it? and how much do you apply?also do you put it on entire scalp or just area where hair has thinned or shedded? thanks.

spiro cream 2%- 5% twice a day. Once a day at night at the very least. Cover your whole dome.
