my hammie!!!
pulled my ham about 4 months ago and it still hasnt recovered. ive been laying of leg day completely (except calves). it has been killing my cardio. i cant sprint at all and when i jog it tightens up before i get a good sweat going so i have to stop b/c i dont want to pull it again. any tips on how to heilp it recover quicker? and how to know when it is healed?

4 months is a long time. i think it might be something more serious. it shouldnt have taken more than 3 weeks. how did u pull it? have u kept aggravating it?
what i did when i pulled mine was jog very lightly, stretch it out very good and treat it wit some biofreeze, also iced it the first 72 hrs
