Mri scan results
I have my mri results they are -
MRI right shoulder: Excellent quality images. There is no fluid in the shoulder joint or in the bursae around the shoulder. There is a normal acromioclavicular joint. There is a labral foramen anteriorly but no evidence of labral tear. The long head biceps tendon is normal and in the normal biceps groove. Normal subscapularis. Normal supraspinatus. No other rotator cuff abnormality shown. There is no muscle atrophy. Articular surfaces appear normal. No other abnormalities are shown.
MRI lumbar spine: Slight movement on these scans. There is normal alignment. The sagittal scans extend up to the T10 vertebral body and the cord extends down to T12. The lower part of the cord appears normal. There are slightly irregular endplates particularly at upper border of L3, possibly due to previous Scheuermanns disease but bone marrow signal is normal and no disk prolapse or degeneration is visible. Axial scans were made at the lower three disk levels. L3-L4 there is no disk prolapse or canal stenosis and there is no significant facet degeneration. L4-L5 there is minor facet degeneration but there is no canal stenosis or disk prolapse. L5-S1 there is again minor facet degeneration but there is no disk prolapse or nerve root compression.
Conclusion: lumbar spine scan shows a little irregularity of the endplates particularly of L3, possibly due to previous Scheuermanns disease but apart from minor facet degeneration in the lower lumbar spine there is no other abnormality.
I still have pain in my both shoulders when i try to train and this has kept me away from training for 5 months now so what could that be. And i also have been having pain in my neck. I have the mri pictures if anyone would like to look at them.
