    Help needed urgent!

Hey all, injured my right calf doing calf raises about a week ago. Been rubbing tiger balm and counter pain on it but nothing seems to work! The pain is at the very top of the calf muscle and in the middle, the pain is no problem and is bearable, except while jogging (lifting the right foot to spring forward). Any suggestions on meds or is this something I just need to rest for a few days. Problem is I jog every morning and this is severely setting me back with my goals - almost reached single digit body fat %! Any suggestions would be great.

Im having close to the same problem. Top-middle of my left calf. When I get out of bed or out of my chair and put weight on it, it feels like my leg is going to snap in half. Its been 7 days and no improvement. I was thinking of buying that tiger's balm stuff. Does it help at all?

It helps with the pain and that's about it - I'm getting it rubbed down ofetn and that also helps. Didn't jog for 2 days now and can feel it getting better - hate going this long without jogging!
