heel and elbow spurs

Anyone have a cure or a recomendation? I have elbow pain and had x ray..its spurs in my elbow. my doc was clueless, i also have heell spurs, What can you do. I stretch , ice , and rub...I play b ball 2 times aweek..i guess ill have to give that uip for a while..but will they go away> Thanks.

I believe they are calcium deposits. I am pretty sure that you have to get surgicaly removed. I could be wrong though.

I had something very similar in my heels..Ive been a hooper all my life.

The pain would come out of the blue and hurt like hell.. then it would just go away..so it would come and go, then finally it never came back again..

all in all, I think it lasted about 3-4 months

I have them in my heels and elbow..i hoop 3 days a week also..im 40 and have been for 20 years or more...got spurs in teh elbow when i started lifting again. i have had the hell spurs for about a year now..hurts like hell.i have to strech all the time. what did you do to make them go away. i stopped playing for a week now. hoping that will help!

well it happened when i was 17. it just went away on its own, have u consulted a doc?

I had heel spurs like a bitch.


Went to the doc. Had a special sole that I slipped into my shoes. Never really had many problems after that.
