    knee pain

    Hey guys I twisted my knee in hockey it was almost like I hyperextened it but not frontwards it was on the side of my knee. There is some swelling but not to serious. The done on the side of my knee really hurts. Do you guys think its somthing that just needs rest? When I put heat on it is more comfortable because my knee isnt stiff. should i put heat on if there still swelling?

    any help would be appriciated
