elbow problems
cant extend my elbow out to a full range of motion ..hurt it doing bench press..been taking ibuprofen but still want let up...hoping surgery can be avoided.open to ideas HELP!!

From my experience with elbow injuries its likely cause by bad wrist positioning/strength. Take some time away from benching until is eases. Also ensure your wrists remain in a locked and stable position throughout every exercise you do.
You may also want to look at getting some powerlifting wrist wraps while its recovering and then for your harder sets.

YES this is VERY important that you do not hurt this any worse. This could be a problem with your tendon and can cripple you for life if you ignore it. I have had this before and it took a couple months to get over it. DO NOT stop training but do exercises which put little to no tension on the elbow. It may help to get creative.
