    neck pain,trep? feels like a cramp

    I can not reason with this pain,
    got it right after my chest work out while getting dressed.

    sharp pain limiting my neck movement to the left and up

    if staring at me from the back its the left trep.

    what to take
    what to do

    i applied ice-hot


    (problem is i am in my bulking cycle cant really take that many days off)
