I rolled my ankle very badly in August and the thing instantly swelled up like a balloon. I went to the ER thinking for sure that it was broken but turned out just to be an extremely severe sprain. I was on crutches for about 3 weeks, completely unable to walk on it at all. After 3 weeks I was able to walk with a cain but still had a bit of a limp.

I was able to walk around, job slightly, and get back to my regular routine for the most part after about 5 weeks but it is still not at 100%. I have a lot of trouble running on it or jumping and it's effecting my cardio routine greatly.

What are some rehab activities you would suggest that I can do right from home? My ankle feels fine except when I jump or run so I'm just assuming the strength hasn't all come back yet. Any thoughts/suggestions would be great.
