No Energy & No Gain
I've had issues with having any energy going into a workout; and frankly feeling unmotivated about everything. I've been going, solid, and was making gains, until about April of this year. Now my gains have plateaued, my stamina and vigor are gone. Going to see the doc next week to see if I've messed up insulin levels or overtaxed my system somehow. Don't use gear so this isn't a PCT or cycle issue; but not sure if the sudden gains I've made this year haven't given my body time enough to respond well.
It could be all in my head too; I haven't been seeing the gains like I have before and it feels like I'm treading water.
Still can't bench well; broke my wrist years ago and the pain is unbelievable. Picked up some powerlifting braces for my wrists so I don't continue to lose senstation in my hands.

I had a similar problem last year. After three years of gains I suddenly felt unmotivated, tired, and I was plateauing. I just didn't feel right. I had never touched anything more than protein shakes.
Had my hormone levels tested and my testosterone came back at 182. Doc put me on TRT.
Have your MD run a full panel to see if anything is out of range and causing your symptoms.
