    Bruising on Back

I did a Back work out Sunday and noticed I have two bruises on my back. They are about 2 x 2 inches each. Mid-trap area, they are about in the same spot on each side. They don't hurt.

Haven't had this happen before after working out. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Yeah, I did a dumbbell bench press workout yesterday. Went a little heavier on flat bench dumbbell flyes. Maybe that's what happened. I just didn't think bruises would appear on the back?

The bench is fairly narrow. The bruises are right inside the shoulder blade area. Never experienced it before. I have increased my fish oil supplementing recently. Just part of getting older I guess.
