Pain in bone in pubic region
Today was a leg day and I first did squats below parallel. I decided to do higher reps for the first time in a while and yes I did lower the weight. Then I did leg curls and after that I did one set of good mornings. After my first of GM I noticed pain in my pubic region right above the base of my schlong. I think this is pubic symphysis. It doesn't really hurt just standing but when I start to walk it hurts. Needless to say I didn't finish the rest of my workout. Anybody have any experience with this?
edit: I think it could have been the squats that did it. I realized I wasn't quite going parallel so I decided to lower the weight and really focus on form and going ATG.

I'd take a break from exercises that cause you discomfort for at least a few days. If its not getting better, go see a doc instead of using webMD to self-diagnose. Haha.
