Strange feeling: Left leg pulling itself up

It's over a month now that almost every night my left leg seems pulling itself up....It's a feeling difficolt to explain, it's not pain or harm but it's annoying. I wish someone could pull my leg before bed.

I have to say that my hamstrings and my lower back are not much flexible, if I sit on the floor at 90° (leg with bust) I can feel my hamstings pulling.

Any idea what that could be?
In the mean time I do some stratching for my piriformis and hamstrings, also for my loweback.

Couldn't hurt. I'm 51 and I can almost straight legged put my chin on my knee cap. You have some work to do....

How long u holding stretches for? N unless ur using a clock religiously watch a video. U cam pause it. Stretch for long long periods. Basically the longer u cam hold and slooooowwwwly release. The long that stretch or part of it will stay in that muscle.

I also do not stretch enough. I hate it. N its boring.

    But I must ;-/ lol

Doing 3 sets for 30- 40 second depends on the muscle.
